Lester Allyson Knibbs is originally from New York City and currently lives in North Carolina. He graduated from Music & Art High School in New York City. He has a B.A. and a Ph.D. from Harvard University. He taught at Antioch College in Yellow Springs, Ohio. He has performed new improvised music in New York, San Francisco, Austria, Germany and the Netherlands. He has given classical recitals in New York and North Carolina and performed with the Fayetteville Symphony Orchestra. |
